About Us

For over 50 years The Jay Companies has specialized in fine and casual dinnerware, crystal stemware and giftware, table charger plates and decorative accessories. Quality and fashion have been the hallmark of the Jay brand for over half a century.

Founded in the early 1950’s by Paul and Erna Jay, The Company began doing business in Italy, Portugal and Spain. The Jay Companies has since added the Czech Republic and Turkey to its list of European sources as well as product from the Fareast.

Our ability to manufacture all items in very large quantities presents us the unique opportunity of bringing designer products to our customers at extraordinary pricing.

Always mindful of ever changing styles, Jay’s design team pays great attention to the latest trends and fashions. The company’s quality control department pays careful attention to both product and packaging ensuring customer satisfaction.

DELIVERY, TAX AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

DELIVERY INFORMATION

STANDARD: Normal delivery time for shipments to the 48 continental U.S. states for in stock items is 5-7 business days via ground service. Please allow us 2-3 days to process your order before shipping

EXPRESS: Priority handling is available for an additional charge. U.S. deliveries only. Express delivery requires a street address – no P.O. boxes. In stock items only.

STATE AND LOCAL TAX INFORMATION

All shipping to CA, NJ and NY are subject to state and local taxes.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping and handling charges are based on weight and shipping zone.

RETURN POLICY

No hassle return policy. If you don’t like it or want it, we’ll take it back, no questions asked!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused item or items within thirty (30) days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Sale and clearance merchandise are final sale and can not be returned.

Refunds are available when the original invoice accompanies the return of items with their original packaging and in a new, unused condition. Should you wish to return an item, please contact us through our “Contact Us” form and we will be happy to give you proper instructions. Shipping and handling and return postage charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error.
